COMING SOON TO PERFORMANCE PHYSIO AND PILATES

I will be offering a range of classes specifically designed to focus on Pilates based exercises to help improve your strength, posture, mobility, flexibility and performance within a given sport. Classes will include Pilates for runners, cyclists, horse riders and also Pilates during pregnancy. Keep a look out for updates on when these classes will be starting.
